Viewing the portfolio
You can view the public portfolio without an account. Project descriptions explain the work displayed; they are not an offer to sell an artwork or a commitment to accept a commission.
Prices, availability, scope, delivery and permissions for a project must be agreed with the relevant rights holder separately. The website does not take orders or payments.
Artwork and other material
Artwork, photographs, text, logos and other material belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing the portfolio does not transfer ownership or grant a license to reproduce, modify, sell or use that material commercially.
You may share a link to a public portfolio page. Seek the rights holder’s permission for uses requiring permission under applicable law. Existing legal exceptions and rights remain available.
Content editor access
Google sign-in verifies your identity. Editing permission is limited to approved accounts; signing in alone does not grant access. Use your own authorized account and protect its security.
Editors are responsible for checking the accuracy of their changes and their permission to publish the material. Review images, descriptions, contact details and visibility before publishing. Keep a backup before major changes.
Access may be withdrawn or restricted to address a change in authorization, misuse or a security issue. Report suspected unauthorized access to website support.
Responsible use
Respect the privacy and rights of others. Do not impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, introduce malicious content or disrupt the site.
Use the public portfolio fields for material intended for publication. Do not enter passwords, payment details or confidential records in those fields.
Availability and other services
Site content and features may change or be unavailable during maintenance or a service interruption. If the moving map is uncomfortable, use Pause terrain or your device’s reduced-motion setting.
Google sign-in and hosting, external image services, Instagram and other linked websites have their own terms and privacy practices. External links do not make those services part of IM Design.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. A separate agreement for commissioned or paid work governs that work.

Read the Privacy policy for information handling. For website access, these terms or difficulty using the site, contact BrickBrick LLC website support at contact@brick-brick.org and mention “IM Design.”
Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. A website update does not change a separately agreed project contract.
